Hyde Park Photos
Hyde Park is one of the largest parks in central London and one of the Royal Parks of London, famous for its Speakers' Corner where open air public speaking, debate and discussion are allowed.
The paths and grass areas in Hyde Park are also used extensively for walking, jogging and running. We have got Hyde Park pictures with runners and also Hyde Park images with walking people. It is not easy to photograph a running event and a lot of people have a hard time focusing on the fast moving runners. Sports photography is all about timing, reacting and being in the right place.
It is important to plan ahead and anticipate where the runners will be. The next step is to set the focus and exposure to a spot where you expect the runners and let them run into the photo. This technique was used to take Hyde Park photos with runners.
The good thing about photographing runners and joggers is that you can generally photograph them from a relatively close distance with a wide-angle lens without any restrictions as we did when taking Hyde Park pictures . This type of accessibility is usually not possible in most other sports where access to sports events with a digital camera is limited and only authorized photographs are allowed to take pictures.
There are also lots of pets, squirrels, birds and horses in Hyde Park and you will find some of them on our Hyde Park images. It is not easy to get close to them and capture their personality, but it’s worth making the effort as the detail can push a photo to a higher level.
